Helical gear motor features:
1. Body material: HT250 cast iron; hardness: HBS190-240.
2. Gear shaft material: 20CrMnTi steel; Surface of hardness: HRC58-62; hardness of core: HRC33-40.
3. Output shaft material: 42CrMo steel; hardness of output shaft: HRC25-30.
4. Machining precision level of gears: accurate grinding, 6-5 Grade.
5. Noise lever: (MAX):60dB~68dB.
6. Temp. rise (MAX):40° C. based on working temperature
7. .Efficiency of reducer: 94% ~ 96% (depends on the transmission stages).
8. Temp. rise of Oil: (MAX):50C.
9. Backlash: ≤20Arcmin.
Working condition
1. Working temperature: -40°C ~ 50°C (The lubrication should be heated until above 0°C if the machine works below 0°C).
2. The height of working spot should be lower than 1,000 meters.
3. The input rotate speed should not exceed 1,800rpm.
4. Fit for normal-reverse rotation.
5. Without industry restriction.
