K series helical speed reducer material features:
1. Housing material: HT250 high-strength cast iron; Housing hardness: HBS190-240.
2. Gear material: 20CrMnTi alloy steel, hardness of surface: HRC58-62; hardness of core: HRC33-40.
3. Input shaft & output shaft material: 42CrMo alloy steel; hardness: HRC25-30.
4. Heat treatment: tempering, cementiting, quenching, etc.
5. Machining precision of gears: accurate grinding, 6-5 Grade.
6. Max noise: 60dB ~ 68dB.
7. Max temp. rise for the reducer: 40° C based on the surroundings
8. .Efficiency of helical gear reducers: 94%~96% (based on the transmission stages).
9. Max temp. Rise for oil: 50° C based on the circumstances
10. Back space: ≤20 Arcmin.
11.Vibration: ≤20μm.
